Table d’Hôtes

La Rosiere

       Chambres et Table d’Hôtes

Table d’Hôtes

For guests we offer Table d’Hôtes.
A three course menu including wine and coffee/tea after.

The dishes are prepared with only fresh vegetables and herbs from our own vegetable garden or from the market where local producers sell their beautiful fresh goods.

All dishes are from the French regional kitchen. Recipes that have been passed on from generation to generation. Rich in taste and tradition.

If the weather permits, dinner and breakfast will be served outside on the terrace, with an unobstructed view of meadows and woods and in the background. . . . . . . . . . . the sound of the crickets.

Tuscany of the Auvergne

In a region that has only been opened since 2003 by a motorway (A75 Clermont Ferrand - Bezier), all the secrets of rural countryside are well preserved.

No mass tourism but nature, mountain ranges, volcanoes and beautiful valleys.
This is a region known for its dried sausages and its cheeses, 5 of which with an AOC. Garlic is cultivated in the vast valleys.

In the season, dishes with freshly picked mushrooms are prepared. Chanterelles, morels and cepes grow here in abundance.
